Warranty Coverage

Cooler Body:

  • 10 years body life
  • Coverage: This includes the structural integrity of the product body against rust, corrosion, and manufacturing defects.

Motor & Electronic Components:

  • Warranty Period: 1 Year

  • Coverage: This includes the motor, electrical wiring, control panels, and other electronic components against manufacturing defects and operational failures.

Inclusion

The following issues are covered under the warranty:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Motor malfunction due to internal component failure.

  • Faulty electronic control panels or wiring issues.

  • Corrosion or rusting of the product body under normal use conditions.

Exclusion

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear of parts such as cooling pads, fan blades, and filters.

  • Damage caused by improper installation, mishandling, or misuse.

  • Repairs or modifications made by unauthorized technicians.

  • Damages due to power surges, water quality issues, or accidents.

  • Any cosmetic damages such as scratches, dents, or discoloration.

Warranty Claim Process
